Chaquest offers monthly tea subscription plans with different durations (1 month, 3 months, 6 months). Each subscription includes a curated selection of premium teas
delivered to your specified address.
3.2 Mystery Selection
Our tea selections are curated by our experts and are not customizable. Each month's selection is a mystery designed to introduce you to exceptional teas from around the world.
3.3 Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR)
Payment is processed at the time of subscription purchase
Multi-month subscriptions are charged upfront for the full subscription period
We accept payment methods as displayed on our website
3.4 Delivery
All subscriptions are delivered in the first week of every month
We deliver to addresses within Saudi Arabia
Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses
If you subscribe mid-month, your first box will arrive in the first week of the following
month
3.5 Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription through your account dashboard
Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled
Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
4. Cancellation and Refunds
